Crazy Bernie demands Mandatory Unionism

Revolution and single party rule are not economic systems. The US began with revolution and single party rule.
Which party was that?

And you cannot separate the economic system and the political system from communism, it's the same with socialism.
What party was George Washington in?

Can you separate the economic system and the political system from capitalism?

What Political Party Did George Washington Belong To?
George Washington, the first president of the United States, belonged to the Federalist Party. The Federalist Party was one of the first two political parties in the United States. The party originated in opposition to the Democratic-Republican party during Washington's first term as President (1789-1793).

Yes, because by their nature they are separate. In socialism the economic system is the political system.

No party isn't one party.
A party of one? Anyway, you seem to have your own views and definitions, not sure if anyone else would agree with you. In the end, it doesn't really matter since every country, even our own, has elements of communism, socialism, and capitalism.

Apparently GW was a member of a party that didn't exist when he became president?

You confuse systems for components.

Government isn't socialist, it's government. It becomes socialist when it becomes socialist.

All you are doing is trying to be an apologist for something you don't have the balls to support out in the open.

You claimed the US started out with single-party rule. This entry clearly shows that wasn't true.

Even socialists think the attempt to pretend we already have "some" socialism is bullshit:

/---- Not sure what the argument here is.
Democratic-Republican Party was one party - not two.
The Democratic-Republican Party was an American political party formed by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison around 1792 to oppose the centralizing policies of the new Federalist Party run by Alexander Hamilton, who was secretary of the treasury and chief architect of George Washington's administration.Wikipedia

Thanks for clearing that up. I'm not a socialist, I'm a firm supporter of capitalism, I just think it needs to be ruled and regulated by the government for the benefit of society. Capitalism is my preference, however I don't have an ideological axe to grind, if communism works for a specific part of society than I'd go with communism, same for socialism. Labels don't scare me.

The end results should scare you when it comes to actual socialism and communism.

And I call bullshit on you not being a socialist at heart.

Socialism has been tried countless times and in countless forms and it has 100% failure rate… Long-term

The end results of authoritarianism scare me, socialism and communism, not so much.

Anyone who can write "Government isn't socialist, it's government. It becomes socialist when it becomes socialist" doesn't get to call BS on anyone.

Sorry pointing out reality troubles you so much.

Socialism and Communism ALWAYS result in authoritarianism somewhere in their lifecycle.

/—-/ This doesn’t scare you about Communism? People with Facebook on phones in China sent to 'concentration camps'

Democratic socialism, Sanders said, is not tied to any Marxist belief or the abolition of capitalism. “I don’t believe government should own the means of production, but I do believe that the middle class and the working families who produce the wealth of America deserve a fair deal,” he said. Maybe he is not really a socialist by more of a social welfare proponent along the lines of Europe.

China is a one-party, authoritarian state. That is what scares me.

The Democrat Frontrunner would outlaw right to work laws that preserve the right of US workers to be employed even if they aren't dues paying members of Big Labor.

Good news for the folks in the La Cosa Nostra who control the US union scene.

Sanders calls for ban on state right-to-work laws

Good luck with that shit since the State makes that call. Not BS or the Government.

One would think Ol'Socialist Bernie would know that.

What a maroon.
