The Germans are coming

I was in the Czech republic recently for the first time in a very long time. Having two days out in the city of Brno.
Usualy when going out in Germany or Austria you will find people handing out free condoms and stuff like that.
And I was really suprised to see people handing out free tubes for the safe consumtion of cocaine or speed, aswell as pill cases for consuming mdma and acid in a safe way.
I havent been to the Czech republic since they interduced legislation that legalises the consumtion and ownership of small doses (not the sale) of pritty much every drug there is except christal meth. And have to say that I really enjoyed the easy and reasonable attitude that has developed arround drug use since then.
