In addition to this arrest, the FBI also announced arrests of 2 off-duty officers from Virginia were also arrested for violent entry and disorderly conduct.....you would think these guys could show their anger for losing an election in more constructive ways like false arrests of innocent people and then framing them to get wrongful convictions, normal stuff like that....

Why did the FBI know about this rally for two weeks and have no police there?
So far you've made a case for trespassing or maybe illegal entry. A lot of those people were simply pushed in by the crowd like at a rock concert and had nowhere to go but to just go with the flow. Many reports are that most of the people were walking around looking for the bathroom.

The seige of the capitol building took place to halt the electoral vote certification. They stormed the building to prevent this from happening. They did not politely knock on the door and enter peacefully, but broke windows and doors to gain entrance. Many of the rioters did not understand the signifcance of their actions, admittedly, but you what they say about ignorance of the law.
