A CIA Agent making such an accusation would appear to be 'credible' based on the fact alone that he is a CIA Agent; however, when you look beyond that, as Wright points out, the accusation completely falls apart:

The whistle blower:
- Is a politically biased individual
- Is a supporter of a Democratic Party 2020 Hopeful
- Is not very well known
- Was temporarily working in the WH for a very short time
- Is a specialist in European / Ukraine politics ' operations - a convenient circumstance in this case
- Has ZERO 1st hand-account knowledge
- Their sources are other politically biased anti-Trump
- As soon as they made their complain they returned to the CIA

The memo the WH put out about the phone call is damning enough, I'd like to see the complete whistle blower complaint investigated and the complete transcript released to the public to get to the bottom of this.
