That's a lie. Furthermore walz claims to have served in a combat zone, he didn't. He was in Italy far from combat.

Walz never claimed to serve in combat, in fact many times he has made that clear to the public and his constituents...

He did serve during the Afghan war, and was deployed in Operation Enduring Freedom, which was a war operation/assignment, only not on the war zone/battlefield.
