Why is it your own money if the government has to borrow it to give it to you?
That's backwards thinking. The government dosn't have to borro
Tax rates are down over the last forty years. It was supposed to benefit us all. It didn't transpire. Instead we are worse off. Why are we continuing the same failed ideology.
This is because spending has increased as well and noone accepts that there are mass inefficiencies. The most inefficiencies are found when someone operates with someone elses money, unless the public understands the economics of the situation, it will not improve.
At least Trump is trying to bring some sanity back, he is facing heavy resistance from those who are used to doing things "the old way". Not sustainable, and China is just waiting to pounce I assure you.
I'm like Churchill who warned the British about Germany and people scoffed at him. he knew that one day England would pay the Piper. I'm telling you, if American falters, China is going to be the greatest threat the world has ever seen.
Trump is making matters worse. 1. Signs a budget busting tax bill 2. Supports a budget busting spending bill.
I don't like Trump's spending either. But then again, he never claimed to be a 'Fiscal Conservative.' In the end, Politicians love spending other peoples' money. So i'll try to keep more of my own money whenever possible. I can spend it much more responsibly.
It's irresponsible right off the top for you to want to keep your money and not pay for the government you're getting, so you can't claim to be responsible.
The government I'm getting fucks me up the ass, so how is not wanting to pay for it "irresponsible?"
You're a US citizen. If you don't want the responsibilities that come with that, leave.
lol, or refuse to pay your taxes, see how that works out for you.
