Chick Fil A is a religious organization,the government forcing them to change their religious beliefs is against the 1st Amendment which guarantees freedom of religion.

Although in this case, the real problem isn't the fact that CFA isn't open Sundays, but that fact that they oppose the idea of men violating each other's butt holes and the libs in Albany want to punish that.

Personally I find that reasoning to be full of bullshit and think it has more to do with lawmakers holding a grudge against a restaurant that doesn’t bow down to the LGTV community. I find it hard to believe anyone doesn’t know Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays and would be surprised by that. Should the state also be able to force restaurants to be open 24 hours a day l that would also maximize the benefit to the public if that’s the basis for this law.
