Advancements were so great that we couldn't dream of them today! Our military advanced aircraft tech 50 times that of today!!!!

Really, the blue areas have the most disposable income and have higher educations and the homes of high tech innovations, I can tell you haven't traveled much or experienced much outside of you area, and with republicans attacking minorities and women demographics DO have a major role to play. Whether, or not, "minorities" make up more than half of children under 18, is of no consequence to the future electorate, unless you assume that "minority" children are somehow dumber than "white" children. Conservatives did not become conservative because they are White, they become conservative because they have the ability to equate cause and effect, and anticipate the results of dumb government policy. Non White people have the same ability, and will use it.

Nor, is not catering to the ignorances and biases, or some women and minorities, an attack on those groups. Although I do believe that the Republican party has not been very good at explaining their position to many political blocs. Instead of taking the initiative and presenting conservative ideals and justifying those ideals, the Republicans have allowed the Democrats and the media to put them in the defensive mode. The reason is that most of the leadership elitiests of the Republican party, are not really conservative, and do not really believe in the message. We need to get rid of them before they totally destroy the party.

Yep. Fuck the GOP. I was a Republican until 2011. Then they went bizarre on me, and I'm laughing as I watch that party die a slow death.

Sure, they'll still win a few elections in the next 5-10 years. But their time is slowly slipping to the point they'll become a fringe movement.

The Republican party may well slide into history, but conservatism will always be with us, and will triumph in the end. There may be little of the country to salvage when that occurs, but conservatives will salvage it, and begin the restoration phase.

Liberal/socialsim has its own self destruct function. It is called insolvency. The point will always be reached, where government no longer has the ability to provide what it has promised, and the ponzi scheme falls.

What you want is immaterial, right along with your assumption that Hispanics and Blacks will not eventually wise up to the fact that liberal/socialist wants are not in their best self interests.

I, as a conservative, want a federal government small enough to be controlled by the states and by the people, and a federal government small enough that it can actually control itself. A federal government that can actually account for all the $Billions spent by the various departments and agencies. A federal government that recognizes that the United States of America is a union of 50 soverign states entitled to the right to see to the needs of their citizens.

The idea that all wisdom resides in Washington DC is the crutch of liberal/socialism, and is the stick that will bring about their downfall.
