The three Southeast Counties of Florida.. Dade, Broward and Palm Beach are Deep Blue Prog strongholds. Each has a bit of different distinction though. Miami which is in Dade has a a higher percentage of Cubans as an example and will vote Repub at times. The influence from the Socialist Northeast States is there. Once you drive down I 95 or the Florida Turnpike, the concrete jungle appears as you traverse these counties. This is an older part of a younger state in infrastructure development. and has some of the issues and problems akin to the Northeast and Rust Belt cities and counties. Growing up in the city up North I can see something about living around concrete and asphalt. Saying that, there is still great areas to vacation and things to do.
