His spine was likely almost severed some time before his death. Whether the final separation occurred as a result of his flailing around or a hard ride is the only question.

There really was no need of a report as to the stops made. The van was equipped with GPS that contained the route, any stops, the speed and every turn. If there was a 4th stop no one need bother reporting it.

The autopsy report has not been released. Instead it was turned over to the justice department. No officers have been charged.

This is another Mike Brown, Trayvon Martin situation with innocent cops. Baltimore doesn't want to make the announcement. Let the justice department do it.

They kill some black guy and instead of presenting a defense they hide behind closed doors - release things to deflect from their story for example:

Mike Brown in the store tape, Freddie Gray's arrest record, Floating stories about FG having back surgery, Eric Garners arrest record, EG health background, Trayvon pic holding up his middle finger, the fake pics of Mike Brown that turned out not to be him.

Then they trickle out information and let if hang out there in the public for a few weeks before the case is resolved.

Then viola, just like this case, they will find no one guilty or even charged with anything because when you cant charge someone for choking someoen on camera...? You think you're going to get a charge when its the police word vs a dead man?

Slap on the wrist, blacks will be mad and people will go on about how SOMEONE should've been charged with SOMETHING.

The city leaders in Baltimore know what happened. That's why no one has been charged and those leaders are trying to lower expectations that anyone will be charged.
