Did Freddie Gray commit suicide?

Looks like there was a previously undisclosed 4th stop in addition to the stop they made to "deal with Mr. Gray". Probably to get some ice cream for Mr. Gray.

Freddie Gray investigative report handed to prosecutors - CNN.com
Wait, they could stop to put leg irons on him but they couldn't buckle his seat belt?

I think it's more likely, given the recent record of cops, that the thumping heard behind the partition was a cop smacking him around.

They could've buckled his seat but then he wouldnt be thrown around in the back of the wagon. See? Makes perfect sense

He didn't intend to commit suicide. He intended to make it look like the cops beat him up.
Do us a favor. Try to sever your spine in a van and let us know if it worked.
His spine was likely almost severed some time before his death. Whether the final separation occurred as a result of his flailing around or a hard ride is the only question.

There really was no need of a report as to the stops made. The van was equipped with GPS that contained the route, any stops, the speed and every turn. If there was a 4th stop no one need bother reporting it.

The autopsy report has not been released. Instead it was turned over to the justice department. No officers have been charged.

This is another Mike Brown, Trayvon Martin situation with innocent cops. Baltimore doesn't want to make the announcement. Let the justice department do it.
Another case of one or more law enforcement agencies investigating another law enforcement agency. Transparency? Bias? Protecting one's own? Can a dead man gives his account of what took place? Will cops once again be found innocent of all charges? If cops are found to be responsible for the death of Mr. Gray, will the punishment be the same as it would be if John Q. Public had been found guilty? Are the cops in jail waiting for the finally report, as would John Q. Public if suspected of murder or bodily injury to another person? Since there were no eye witnesses present in the transport vehicle, is this another case of the cops' story being the ONLY story? And, what usually happens when the only story is the story of a cop, or cops?

I just read where a citizen captured the 2nd stop on their cell phone. This stop was not mentioned in the original report, which was admitted to at the news update a few minutes ago. What else was left out of the original report? Also, it was reported in the news, that the other person in the transport vehicle couldn't see anything, but did hear movement in the space where Mr. Gray was. There was a metal partition that separated the two passengers, and one could not see the other. In other words, as of now, only the cops know for sure what took place in that transport vehicle. And, is it likely that the cops would confess to any wrong-doing, if indeed there was wrong-doing? We may never know the answers to some of these questions.

so you won't try to sever your spine in a van? How will we ever be able to believe you then?

Now look, do you notice a pattern with all these cases?

They kill some black guy and instead of presenting a defense they hide behind closed doors - release things to deflect from their story for example:

Mike Brown in the store tape, Freddie Gray's arrest record, Floating stories about FG having back surgery, Eric Garners arrest record, EG health background, Trayvon pic holding up his middle finger, the fake pics of Mike Brown that turned out not to be him.

Then they trickle out information and let if hang out there in the public for a few weeks before the case is resolved.

Then viola, just like this case, they will find no one guilty or even charged with anything because when you cant charge someone for choking someoen on camera...? You think you're going to get a charge when its the police word vs a dead man?

Slap on the wrist, blacks will be mad and people will go on about how SOMEONE should've been charged with SOMETHING.

And thats the point

Someone get this guy a tin foil covered beenie!

Wow! Never thought someone would go the "That never happened" route. Pretty bold move considering reality

To you a unicorn is reality

I gotta hand it to Freddie Gray. He severed his own spine to make cops look bad. Wow, what a guy!

Typical of someone who's trying to work a scam....it blew up big time. He's pushing up tulips as we speak. No loss either, he did society a favor.

Thats all you got? Go ahead and show me where I'm wrong.

This is the part where you present your best zingers and / or deflections.

Here's a stupid white guy who thought he could claim that the police beat him up. He didn't notice the camera in the holding cell.

Yes, Flailing around has been the cause of several cases of severed spines
Especially when there is a preexisting injury.

Yeah, like Spinal Sever Surgery right?

He was riding a bike with a bad back, lmao
Wasn't Gray running from two bicycle officers?
