The 52,000 in September is back on the historic averages of apprehensions. We'll see in OCT-NOV-DEC if the wall and Mexican soldiers reduce below the average number or not. Then we'll see next year after the wall is completed if the numbers are dramatically reduced.
Trump got it done, the "caravans" lost the immigration war, another promise kept.
