Railing against it helps get the folk's mind off of prosecuting Zimmerman under the Civil Rights Act, which they don't plan to do, cause they'll look foolish and they can't win.

This bait and switch to something irrelevant (Stand you ground wasn't even employed in the Zimmerman case) is considered a simple maneuver in the Chicago Political Machine Manuel which the Obama Administration uses to govern the country.

More blacks live in shitty, poverty stricken areas where self defense is more necessary.

When whites get into homicide situations, its more often than not because they are TRYING to get into a situation that is bad, like going out of their way to be near a drug deal or a domestic situation that ends with violence.

Right or wrong, more blacks are in the inner city where just walking down the street can get you shot at, so, naturally I'd say the chance of having to do an improvised self defense is greater.

This extreme crime and shitty culture of violence leads to this climate of less jobs and having any chance towards advancing in life.

1. I think one thing we could do is legalize pot...This would get non-criminals out of prison and help bring blacks a chance. We could tax the product slowly and put that money into the black community.

2. Highs schools should add a "fatherhood" class aimed at right @ wrong and how to raise a child.

3. Once there's a parent that cares the child will be pushed to advance in his/her education.

4. More businesses.

I have certainly seen more innocent black men go to prison. They do it becausr they are self destructive and heavily invested in street cred. A black man is more likely than a white man to refuse to cooperate with his attorney, refuse a real defense in favor of some novel black rage defense. They might throw gang signs, glare or sneer at the jury, laugh during testimony, lunge at the victim. By the time the show is over no one considers that the man might be innocent.

It is really heartbreaking to see innocent men play themselves up to be big and bad. They have to go home back to the homies and are more afraid of giving in to da man than they are of prison.
