Yeah, sorry wetback lovers...I think we all know the 14th has been grossly misinterpreted which is why SCOTUS has avoided it like the plague, fearing civil unrest....as they should.
I think we all know our great framers authored every single line within the Constitution to be of clear benefit to We The People Of The United States...not a single line was intended to benefit the people of Mexico.

The United States claims jurisdiction over the children of illegal aliens whose parents are being deported. And jurisdiction over the parents until they are deported.
The language of the 14th can't be much clearer.
