Because it's not covered under federal law, unless you're labeling them 'domestic terrorists'. Why is there a 'national school board assoc', is it a government entity, are all school boards required to be represented by it? Who are they speaking for exactly?

Well, he was a "moderate" compared to some of the other choices that could have been made. But, it was rather obvious that he would slant the court to the left. The pick didn't really fool anyone. Going from Scalia to Garland was a far bigger leap than moderation. Gotta wonder though, if the country continues going downhill fast, Bryer may decide that he'd better retire before the winners are seated after the 2022 midterms. He may very well retire in June 2022.

If the FBI is involved, it is lawful for them to be involved. The FBI would prefer not to be involved
