Does Ivermectin Help with COVID?

Wrong.

{...

An Israeli study from January shows ivermectin effective for treating COVID

...}

It is very simple.
Ivermectin is an effective drug against parasites because it essentially numbs their nervous system.
Covid works by stimulating the ACE2 receptors in our cells, and ivermectin reduces that by numbing the ACE2 receptors.
Thanks for valid study report Rigbsy, and another meta analysis found:

“Meta-analysis of 15 trials found that ivermectin reduced risk of death compared with no ivermectin (average risk ratio 0.38, 95% confidence interval 0.19–0.73; n = 2438; I2 = 49%; moderate-certainty evidence).”

There is an enormous difference between taking care of personal health early on versus using ivermectin after hospitalization with “required” intubation (which is a whole other topic where you’re pretty much on your own regardless of what you try or don’t try). No way would I be placed on a ventilator with severe Covid-19. Many have refused as well and have lived to tell their nightmarish stories.

A couple of posters continue to grasp at straws, pulling up small sized studies, like 40 total patients with 16 of them in the control group- good grief. My fifth graders would laugh at that kind of posturing. Intentionally lying or completely illiterate about the meta studies iow. Of course, it’s much worse to intentionally lie about health information.

Truth will win in the end, but it’s requiring great efforts of consistency by many who support truth over false propoganda.

Of course it doesn’t.

But you knew that.

Question Does adding ivermectin, an inexpensive and widely available antiparasitic drug, to the standard of care reduce the risk of severe disease in patients with COVID-19 and comorbidities?

Findings In this open-label randomized clinical trial of high-risk patients with COVID-19 in Malaysia, a 5-day course of oral ivermectin administered during the first week of illness did not reduce the risk of developing severe disease compared with standard of care alone.

Meaning The study findings do not support the use of ivermectin for patients with COVID-19.

Look at what the study is saying.
It is saying that they tested Ivermectin for ONLY 5 DAYS, early on, which is BEFORE the deadly autoimmune reaction sets in. So they clearly were giving the Ivermectin way too soon, before it could any good.
Ivermectin is NOT to treat covid.
Covid is not at all deadly.
It is to treat the deadly immune system over reaction that can take place as the original covid infection is tapering off and ending.

ILL JUST DROP THIS HERE….

When you cultists see shit like this, why doesnt it impact your opinion?
No evidence can make antivaxxers change their opinions. They weren't reasoned into those opinions, so they can't be reasoned out of them. They were emotionally manipulated into holding those opinions, so to change those opinions, you'll have to use more emotion.

That's why we mock them.

ILL JUST DROP THIS HERE….
Those Brazilians faked their data.

And, knowing that, you'll still push the faked data, because that's what cult frauds do.
