Place your clothes in the bathroom so they are ready to go.

Get up, go to the shower, clean your stanky ass, get dressed, brush teeth, grab a cup of coffee, and head out.

Should be able to make it in 20 minutes. For you, 20.25 minutes to allow for wanking.

I hate working in the morning. I get up pretty early and that's really not a problem for me, but I like to be lazy in the morning.

About 99% I take shower at night before going to bed.
I'm up all day with lots of activities, sports, sweating, casinos, poop etc etc etc. I want to be clean and smell good in the bed and so is my wife.
All of my kids growing up are trained that way.
But still it will take me at least an hour to get ready in the morning. Breakfast, check my stocks & business account, play with my guitar & couple of songs. Sometime play chess. The I'm ready. That's pretty much my routine every morning even I'm retired.

Never climb in bed dirty. I cannot imagine people that has a professions like nurses, doctors, hard labor jobs or anybody out there in public at day time like using public restrooms going to bed dirty.
