DoJ blocks investigation by Jim Jordan

Zzz. Yes. Really. Security clearances for Congressmen are not uncommon. And let’s be real. That’s not why the DOJ is objecting.
Moonie is sort of in the right here, there is a proper way to go about this, and the proper clearance, and sub-committee, if I am not correct, would be the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, which is currently headed by Mike Turner. . Who yes, is a Trump supporter.

What are they hiding? The DoJ needs to come clean.

---DoJ Keeps Rebuffing Jim Jordan on His Investigation into the Investigation of Trump---

That is standard procedure for a criminal investigation. Congress has no power to interfere in a active investigation.

Jim doesn't have a security clearance, sorry Charlie.
Wrongo. Members of Congress are not required to have security clearances. The Executive Branch, through Executive Order 12333 chose to control dissemination of information to only those with the need-to-know. And that is the problem. The White House has the power to control information classification, and even withhold access to information and operational details from certain members of Congress. In this way, the executive branch can directly control what Congress can or cannot see.

In other words, if the DOJ is stonewalling Congress, that order came directly from the Executive branch, namely Joe Biden. So you could add obstruction of justice to his numerous crimes.

'OBSTRUCTION'

.This is how you know what the DOJ / FBI are doing, this indictment, is bullshit.

The only OBSTRUCTION is Republicans trying to interfere in a criminal investigation. That is OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.

Where does the Constitution give Congress the power to conduct or interfere in criminal investigations?

Look it up yourself, dickhead. I'm not going to sit here and argue the validity of Biden's criminal behavior with some crippled, old Boomer who can't even comprehend the deep shit his beloved President is in up to his neck.

What "criminal investigation" is being conducted into President Biden's corruption? That's what Congress is doing and in case you didn't understand what the thread is about, the DOJ is obstructing that investigation.
