Donald Trump: Highly Respected Constitutional Lawyer Has Just Stated Ted Cruz Is Not Eligible

Nope Mr. Obfuscator. Ted Cruz is a Citizen by statute. A statutory Citizen (bestowed by mans pen/positive law) can never be made into a natural born Citizen ( bestowed by God/nature/natural law). Our white founders were wise.

By what statute. Chapter and verse please.
8 Code 1401

Here's Title 8, Code 1401:

8 U.S. Code § 1401 - Nationals and citizens of United States at birth

Just highlight the portion that says that someone born to a US citizen is 'naturalized at birth'. There's no such citation.

As paragraph (g) of Title 8, Code 1401 makes ludicriously clear, the term you're looking for is 'citizen at birth'.

Title 8 said:
The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth:

(g) a person born outside the geographical limits of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents one of whom is an alien, and the other a citizen of the United States who, prior to the birth of such person, was physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions for a period or periods totaling not less than five years, at least two of which were after attaining the age of fourteen years:
Provided

8 U.S. Code § 1401 - Nationals and citizens of United States at birth

Which you know of course. But really hoped we didn't.

A citizen at birth is a natural born citizen. Eligible to be president.
False!

Prove it. Cite the Constitution's distinction between 'natural born citizen' and 'citizen at birth'.

Nowhere in the code will you find 'natural born Citizen'. Nowhere. Ted Cruz is a statutory Citizen. He is not a natural born Citizen.

The statute in question begins:

(a)
a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof;

The statute then goes on to list the circumstances that equate to a. above. They are all in the same category.
You are conflating citizen with natural born Citizen. They are not the same.

I'll ask you again for the Constitutional definition of natural born citizen. Which you can't produce.

I'll tell you what natural born citizen means.

It means a citizen that need not have gone through the naturalization process to become a citizen.

Did Cruz need to go through that process? NO.

That's why they call it 'naturalization'. It has to be done by a legal process because the person wasn't natural born.

Well, part of his definition of natural born citizenship is 'white'. So, pretty much.

And neither is Obama and Rubio. It's time for Cruz to stop the charade and give it up. No foreigners as president. Only pure Article 2 Section 1 natural born white citizens born with sole allegiance to America thru white parents (plural). That's what the founders wanted.

Donald Trump: Highly Respected Constitutional Law Professor Has Just Stated Ted Cruz Is Not Eligible - Birther Report

that isn't what lawrence tribe said. lawrence tribe said that whether cruz is eligible is an "open question"

as for rubio and obama, they were both born here.

they are both eligible. their not being up to your standard of racial purity does not make them ineligible.

stop whining and find your way back to storefront. you're boring.
