Duggar family STILL under investigation by child services

• The Duggar family is still under investigation by child services according to newly obtained reports

• This comes almost a month after audio was released of social worker's 911 call from the Duggar home on May 27

Audio of a 911 call on May 27, also obtained by In Touch, revealed a human services team had reason to believe there was a welfare emergency concerning one of the family's 19 children at home in Washington County, Arkansas.


But according to the representative, they were refused entry and felt the need to call police.

'I'm at the Duggar family home... We have an investigation and I guess they're not being cooperative,' the worker told a 911 operator.

This came just days after Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, stars of '19 Kids and Counting', first spoke publicly about their son Josh's molestation of minors as a teenager. But until this news broke, they maintained there were 'no more secrets'.

The Tontitown PD document reveals that the investigation is still ongoing. While Washington County gave In Touch its dispatch log, Tontitown did not, and instead redacted the document and listed the reason as, “This is a current active investigation.”

In Touch has also learned that when DHS investigates, the police are also alerted so that they can start their own investigation. The Duggars are not revealing the nature of the current investigation.
