Mine is on the Five Eyes Agency partnership sub-contracting a private joint partnership entitity.

They would want to make it "legal," or have some policy pretext for doing it, if it were ever to come to light by a whistle blower.

It is probably a sub-contracted private agency that none of us has ever even heard of, operating out of Canada or something like that. . . kind of like what that Safari Club was tasked to do back in. . . I don't know, was it the 90's?

When John Lear was paid to pick up, negotiate and fly the hostages out of Germany for Reagan, the moment of his electoral success. . . that whole thing was rigged with the Iranians, but it was arranged through private intel.

Thus, it wouldn't be illegal, or have the hint of smell.
