On Jan 6th, the moment that Sen Chuck Grassley (R) started the committee to hear evidence against the results..before the first speaker had presented any evidence.......that very moment....somebody made an announcement on the Senate floor.......and told them they were in recess. That they were under attack.
Black clad rioters wearing backpacks and MAGA hats stormed the Capital building. Somebody had prepared signs "Hang Mike Pence".
Why would they want to hang Pence if he was letting the Senate conduct discovery on that evidence thru a congressional hearing....the same hearing that took place when Democrats protested the 2016 election results? You would think only Democrats would want to hang Mike Pence.....not Trump supporters, am I right?
Pence was going to allow the evidence to be heard. He was doing Trump a favor.....but somebody stopped any evidence from being presented. Here's the video of that moment:
In this video, for some weird reason, MSNBC already had their talking-points ready, and they somehow knew to spread a story that Mike Pence needed to be escorted off the Senate floor and taken to a secret location, when it can't be verified by looking at what was taking place. The anchors in New York could see what we could see. How did they know this the moment that it happened.
Well.....the truth is........
Sen Chuck Grassley was taken off the Senate floor, not Mike Pence. Didn't they know who was conducting the hearing? Why did they claim it was Mike Pence?
Then MSNBC started immediately spreading a rumor that Trump told people attending the rally to go to the Capital and commit insurrection. Where did they get this idea from? Even before people who attended his speech had even arrived. It's a 45 min walk to the Capital from his event. Why was the media already spreading this lie? The proof of this lie is in the commentary of this video from MSNBC:
Said a mere half hour before the insurrection,
"And after this, we're going to walk down there, and I'll be there with you, we're going to walk down ... to the Capitol and we are going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women," Trump told the crowd. "And we're probably not going to be cheering so much for some of them. Because you'll never take back our country with weakness. You have to show strength and you have to be strong."
January 6th belongs to Trump and his supporters.
End of story.
Of course, after claiming that he would go with them to the Capitol, he went home to watch it on TV. But then, what else can we expect from the orange loser?
