While I agree that it is not really the most effective way to exercise one's right, it is still a right and as long as it is exercised with respect for the equal rights of others, it should not be prevented.

Carrying weapons like that is ineffective because one becomes a target. It is one of the reasons why I chose to carry concealed, rather than open-carry.

But, back to the point. This guy is being hauled off SOLELY because he was exercising a basic human liberty and not harming anyone else. That should make EVERYONE sick.

Other people say otherwise. I certainly wouldn't take a one sided story at face value. Sounds like a good case for the judge to sort out. Either way, the lady was operating her business in violation of the emergency order, so she completely expected to be shut down by police. The armed protesters weren't even protesting, they were just there for intimidation.

I agree, but only on the issue of whether guns were actually carried IN the bar. This is likely an opportunity for lawyers to challenge/limit the 51% law when the bar is not operating (selling alcohol).
