Existing Texas laws would have triggered a refusal on the background check…government failed

The fed can monitor, record & document every post, call or keystroke we make with the illegal powers they have seized.
If they aren't monitoring & flagging kids like this practically shouting evil intent & mental illness from the rooftops, it's because they have no real interest in stopping these incidents.
These are the exact type crises they say never let go to waste

Had Ramos ever been adjudicated as a mental defective or have been charged/convicted of either a felony offence or of being a domestic threat? Did he even have a official documented history with law enforcement of any of the above?

I know that his whole family had brushes with the law at one time or another but I can't find where the shooter was even on anyone's "official" radar....Shoulda, coulda, woulda don't cut it.

Dead children are political capital to them.

And....you're saying this is the state of Texas fault?
You seem to be implying that expanded background checks may have prevented this.

Nope......they wouldn't have stopped this kid from getting an illegal gun...

But the anti-gun fanatics are saying we don't have enough gun laws........these laws, already on the books in Texas, are supposed to stop a kid like this...

Did he even have a DL to present for the background check?

Where did he get the money for the guns and ammo?

If this monster was wearing a red ball cap, we'd know everything about him, up to and including his grandmother's maiden name.

WTF is with all the cover-up?
