For the love of GOD...she had her own private server built in the bathroom in her basement despite the IT department of the State Department telling her it was not a good idea... NO ONE could sanely claim she was NOT neglugent - Barry, in defense of Clinton, publicly admitted / declared she had been negligent. Once you no longer work for the government, no longer have need to have involvement in highly secure programs and are read out of those programs, you are not allowed BY LAW to gave access to that information again. You can not possess any classified, especially pertaing to those programs which you have been read out of. You are required to tyrn over and/or destroy all classified.

It has been proven Hillary did not turn over all classified, did not destroy all classified, lied about doing so, and the fact that she STILL had in her possession, after leaving the State Department, had 'compartmentalized information - secret documents/information that ca not be released in any form because it would cause frave damage to our national security', information from a program she had been 'read out' of was/is a CRIME.
