FBI now says it has the Seth Rich laptop, after saying it did not…but wont release computer files for 66 years.

I know, how dare I use data on this forum, it is all just supposed to be about feelz
If you do some research on murder in America, in almost every case there is a motive.

Apparently the facts of the case don’t concern you. High level campaign worker walking home is murdered for no APPARENT reason, yet cops and FBI say it was robbery immediately after the killing yet later it’s reported nothing was stolen. Secondly, there is a major leak going on during a presidential election the victim is associated with. Thirdly, it years since the murder yet still no one is charged and the investigation appears over.

One has to be able to think logically. You know 2+2 kind of thing? This murder may not be what the establishment claims. No?

Did you know we live in a free market capitalist economy? LMFAO

The last I read a District Judge sided with the FBI and said the computer and its records did not meet FOIA standards. I am sure this will get appealed and we will get an answer from a higher court.

Link? And who was this Democrat-appointed judge?

Again, how does your comment have anything to do with the criminal FBI refusing to release evidence for 66 years, which they have no authority to decide / do?

Yes, you are a liar.

Seth Rich was killed after BEING SHOT TWICE IN THE BACK.

Rich's mother told NBC's Washington affiliate WRC-TV: "There had been a struggle. His hands were bruised, his knees are bruised, his face is bruised, and yet he had two shots to his back, and yet they never took anything ... They didn't finish robbing him, they just took his life

An assassin would have put two in his HEAD morons

It is up to the courts to decide if they have that authority or not. That is the way the system is set up. Not everything is open for FOIA request.

Yeah nothing wrong with withholding evidence from the public for 66 FUCKING YEARS. It’s just procedure. Lol.

66 years is far too long, but not releasing it during an ongoing, active investigation seems pretty normal.

Lets say it was the laptop from someone in the RNC after CORRUPTION WAS REVEALED.

Do you think the cult would want it released?

This is a great breakdown of this story.

THE FBI IS SO CORRUPT….AND SO IS THE DNC.

What choice do the FBI have here?

Mr. Rich's parents are suing anyone in sight who has the impunity of actually trying to solve their son's death.

They are more than satisfied that it was just a botched robbery where the criminals forgot to take anything, and it should never be solved as the shooters actually didn't profit from the event.

That's their story.

The FBI is keeping the laptop in safe keeping so that no one official actually looks into this alleged homicide again- at least for 66 more years.

Yeah that’s not fishy at all. Just standard operating procedures for a homicide. Lol.

Since when does the FBI or police give a shit what the victim’s family wants?

Cops were on scene within minutes of shots fired.

Once a robber fires a gun the robbery is over

All this evidence, laptops, etc...

The FBI has demonstrated if anyone deserves to be hit with a fully-armed raid to recover criminal evidence it is them.

High level DNC campaign worker is murdered just months before an election, after a leak of damning information harming the D candidate, with no known motive for the murder. Yet FBI and DC police lie initially, calling it a botched robbery. Still no one has been charged and the case is shelved. Then FBI refuses to release evidence to the public for 66 years.

All just standard stuff. Nothing wrong here.

I think the fact that the police didn't nab anyone, even though they were in the are at the time and johnny-on-the-spot to pick up and dispose of the Mr. Rich's corpus, shows they were satisified from the very start that this was a robbery-gone-wrong and there was nothing anyone could do about it and it was just time to move on. Rich's laptop was secured so no one would be tempted to look further , which is what the family wanted.
