Whats your point? The cop was caught on video and exposed to the world. When civilians kill each other there usually isn't a video of it so we really don't know what went down. The op's video clearly shows a cop abusing his power and authority under the color of law; killing a fleeing man with chilling indifference. We don't see black on black killings in such graphic detail..we just hear about it through biased media outlets.
