I do fault the officer for one thing.... Bad aim...... One shot to the head should have put that animal down nicely...
Not bad aim...though I might fault him for an insufficient caliber of weapon. He needed something with more steam than what he had. (Think: .44 Magnum on the LOW end of the range.)

I haven't seen, or heard, anything yet that is incriminating for the officer. But I've seen the dead guy strong arm shop lifting that same day.
If you're going to give anyone the benefit of the doubt, shouldn't it be the one who hadn't done anything wrong that day?
Has this officer been known to unlawfully execute blacks, or anyone in the past?
