Why shouldn't something be provided at a cost someone is willing to pay? If local rentals are costing $2,000 a month, but I can be in the black if I rent mine for $1,300, why shouldn't I rent it for $2,000?

I don't have rental properties so I can provide people an inexpensive place to live, I have them to make money. They're an investment. As such, it would be stupid to not see them realize their full potential...
