First insurrectionist removed from office under 14th amendment

Oh look, another lying fucking leftard.

They don't CARE what half a dozen federal investigative agencies have concluded.

(The same ones that raided Trump's house, by the way).
Yes, that's how the laws in our country work. You MAGAs aren't very smart, are you?

Get a grip the fraud was laughingly covered up. You believe a lie because you are told to.
Just because you believe the election lie doesn’t make it true. If you were right there would be a court case that proved it. There isn’t because there isn’t.

Here's what this guy did. What a monster! :huh1:

Griffin was previously convicted in federal court of a misdemeanor for entering Capitol grounds on Jan. 6, without going inside the building. He was sentenced to 14 days and given credit for time served.

Expect a higher court to toss this bullshit ruling.

And yeah, the judge is a Democrat.

Do your own research, you lazy fucktard.

So, et tu, poster Scruffy?

So you also assert that all the federal agencies announced there 'was no insurrection'?

Really?
How would you know?
And which agencies would that be?
And how do you know that?

Show us. Don't be a phony.
Man up, and show your hand.
Whatcha got?

It's about time... and New Mexico has just served up the modern-day precedent for applying that particular provision of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Insurrection of January 6, 2021, by Trump supporters...

The noose tightens... :itsok:
LOL, yea some unknown Judge in New Mexico gets to make that call for the whole country.

You people are lunatics.

(The same ones that raided Trump's house, by the way).
The same federal “investigative” agencies that used known falsified and fake dossier to spy on President Trump? The same ones that colluded with Big Tech to censor Hunter Biden Laptop stories and to ban/silence conservatives?

LOL

SANTA FE — A New Mexico judge ordered Otero County Commissioner Couy Griffin be removed from office, effective immediately, ruling that the attack on the Capitol was an insurrection and that Griffin’s participation in it disqualified him under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. This decision marks the first time since 1869 that a court has disqualified a public official under Section 3, and the first time that any court has ruled the events of January 6, 2021 an insurrection.

Mr Griffin will go down in infamy as a result of this. Children in Dem states will learn his name. Perhaps not in GOP states.
He's a traitor. Enough said.

Good luck with that holding up. No person has been charged with insurrection. One democrat judge isn't enough. I am sure that the msm won't report it when it is overturned though.

Clearly the only reason the Democrats claimed that Jan 6th was an insurrection was because it allows them to do stupid things like this with a straight face.
Who cares that they let the protesters inside and then started a fight with them....in a pre-planned false-flag CIA operation.
If the CIA is ever revealed to have been involved then heads will roll.
What documented proof do you have of that?

The judge is a partisan Democrat at the First District Court in liberal Santa Fe in northern part of state, ruling on an election commissioner from conservative southern Otero County. Couy Griffin is wildly popular in his county, winning with 65% of the vote over the Democrat, but the Judge, Francis Mathew, now tells those people they cannot be represent by Couy. The judge unilaterally decided, without Griffin being charged or convicted of treason, that he was an "insurrectionist" according to the label put out by the media.

Half the country believes Jan. 6 was a set-up, with the FBI confirming it had infiltrators within the crowd, which was openly egged on by FBI asset Ray Epps who has faced no charges, and Antifa sympathizers and professional agitators like John Sullivan.
