First insurrectionist removed from office under 14th amendment

It was just "people walking around" inside only because Congress was fully and safely evacuated. For some in that mob, their intent was far more sinister than just taking a stroll through the halls of Congress.

"some"

The only one actually killed was an unarmed woman stuck halfway through a window.

Again, only because Congress was fully and safely evacuated.

As far as Ashes, she wasn't "stuck."

Well she wasn't a threat. From what I recall "pour encouragement les autres" isn't a justifiable reason for a law enforcement officer to shoot someone.

Most of the crowd was harmless, you idiots are still trying to make this out to be a coup attempt.

It's about abrogating government authority in a given area in actuality, such as Shay's rebellion.

A one day protest that turned into a riot isn't an insurrection.
The key element of a genuine insurrection is for the “invading force” to factually have enough manpower and weapons to actually overthrow government and take control and run government
1/6 did not achieve even 1% of that. It’s a feelings fairy tale.

Babbit was a nuisance and no where near a lethal threat . Mr stalker and killer was and still is a stone cold criminal pussy.

The mob was the threat as there were still some members of Congress inside the House chamber. She just happened to be the first one to breach that police barricade. Shooting her kept the rest of that mob at bay until the rest could be evacuated.

you cant prove a cop nearly died either.

You're beyond retarded. Officer Fanone suffered a heart attack and brain injury by Trump's vicious mob...

Mike Fanone—wiry, bearded, his arms and neck covered in tattoos—nursed a Modelo at the bar and took it all in again. It had been four months since the day Fanone nearly died defending the Capitol—the day a self-described redneck cop who voted for Donald Trump was beaten unconscious by a mob waving Thin Blue Line flags and chanting “U.S.A.”
