Actually what should be investigated is whether there is a cover-up going on. This report should have been made public. Was it not released because it would have undercut Trump's argument that the Russians are not interfering in our elections as well as Trump's apparent attempts to undo the weak sanctions that Obama placed on Russia? Did Trump put his pettiness above the good of the country?

We have a Commerce Clause that covers, conflicts of interest; and a Congress to inquire for the People, that our government is working for us, in a well regulated manner.
