"Flooding"

They know where the water goes.

Many years ago, city planners said "DO NOT build in this area, it's prone to flooding"

Over time, cities become crowded , real estate values go up, money talks.

Some politician comes along and says "we builts a levy, we's can sell this land now"

Storms come, the levy breaks, houses get flooded.

Normally , the insurance companies would be out of business for insuring property that can't be insured, but the politicians declare "state of emergency" and the insurance companies pick up money from the never-ending well of public funds.

This year they said "we need to release water, so more homes will be flooded" . Apparently , they built houses in the release channel.

...and to make matter worse they say "WOW! 5000 houses flooded this year, never seen that in the state's history ....must be Global Warming!".

Then they said "We hope Trump doesn't screw up the relief effort like Bush did"

oh, was that the reason FEMA parked their trailers outside of Louisiana and wouldn't enter?

to make W. Bush look bad?

global warming people have the luxury of claiming, for their own every tsunami hurricane, or volcano that happens from now on.
