Florida Man Sentenced To 5 Years After Attacking 6 Officers On Jan. 6

Well, your videos may show you something different than the ones I viewed.

Here's what I saw:

A group of attackers violently battering at doors intentionally closed and barricaded to keep those same violent attackers from grabbing, injuring, or killing our elected Representatives sheltering behind those doors.

The attackers with their battering created a breach in that barricade. Police, on the other side, shouted commands for the attackers to cease, to back away, to leave. One brandished a gun as a warning. The attackers saw the gun and shouted an alarm. But......

But despite the warnings, one attacker did not back away, did not leave, ........instead.......that attacker leaped towards the police with body and hands obscured under a shroud and a suspicious backpack strapped to the attacker's back.

The police towards whom the attacker was charging took a 'stand-your-ground' stance, and defensively fired at the figure charging through the violently breached opening towards him and the sheltering Representatives.

Ashli Babbitt is dead because of......Ashli Babbitt.

May her family find peace and respite from QAnon & MAGA partisans constantly dragging her bloody corpse across the internet as their way of signaling their fringie extremism.

Meanwhile far heavier armed cops were milling about on the same side of the door as protesters and not one of them decided they needed to open fire.

May your hope of Biden fucking you up the ass while sucking off Kamala's dildo come true for you.

He didn't break they guys wrist intentionally, he was trying to subdue the suspect, not kill him like Byrd was.

Police have to use force sometimes.

They must have decided it wasn't a bad maneuver, but got overruled by the city who then paid out.
Do they have to use force on people standing around answering questions, providing their ID to another officer and cooperating? Without warning?

It was a bad maneuver, plain as day. There is no accountability.

There was 350k of accountability.

And there will be millions in accountability when the lawsuit against Byrd and the Capitol Police goes through.

he was ignoring orders. Cops were worried he would pull a concealed weapon while they approached him.

He was known to have a firearm.

So now the cops can just line up and open fire on any protest that becomes a riot? Good to know
So just to be clear, the unarmed Daniel Shaver was more of a threat of killing two armed police officers as he was sobbing and scared shitless begging not to be killed than a violent mob that had already beaten dozens of cops and were smashing through barricaded doors coming after a few police who stood between them and members of Congress whom they’re sworn to protect.

That’s stupid.

How much of that money came out of the officer’s pocket?

That lawsuit against the Capitol Police is going nowhere. It’s not intending to win. It’s intending to generate media attention and play a narrative.

He was also drunk and not responding to orders, and was suspected of being armed with a rifle. you keep leaving that part out.

Again, the cops milling around the protesters were far more armed and none of them felt the need to open fire, and they had automatic weapons.

Let me know if having a rifle is against the law. What you're leaving out is that he was unarmed and any goddamn moron with two eyes would know he didn't have a rifle when they blasted him.

The other cop in that hallway didn't feel the need to open fire on Daniel Shaver. Your point is hollow and meaningless.

Brandishing it out a window is against the law. it's called "Brandishing"

He may have had a handgun, he went for his waist.

Did babbit go for her waist while hanging halfway in a window?

Byrd's shooting of Babbitt was justified. There was no justification to body slamming Antonio Smith. None.

Babbitt was in the process of committing felonies. Antonio Smith was cooperating with an officer who was checking his ID.

They're completely uncomparable.

No, it wasn't.

Evidently there was.

What felonies?

They couldn't see her hands and she had a backpack on. She wasn't following any commands. She was just coming through the window that the mob had violently shattered after threatening the police guarding it. There was just as likely of a chance of her being armed as anyone Shaver. More so since they had clearly seen his back when he was laying prone on the floor and had evidence of a gun.

Less so because no one in the crowd had presented much less fired a gun up until that point.

or after.

Lie upon lie upon lie upon lie ad infinitum.

It all started with Trump's Big Lie, claiming he won the 2020 election. He then went on to weaponize his weak-minded followers into sacking the Capitol on January 6, 2021.

At first, even the Republican lickspittles in Congress condemned him, but not enough to vote for his permanent removal from office.

Now they are backpedaling and have joined Trump's choir of liars about the events of January 6.

Next thing you know, the MAGA mob started claiming, "They wuz jus' tresspasin'!"

And in true schizophrenic style, the "trespassers" weren't even MAGA! They were FBI and Antifa! :auiqs.jpg:

Then, continuing in their schizoid mentality, the Capitol police let the FBI/Antifa "trespassers" in!

Of course, it doesn't matter that the MAGA terrorists filmed themselves sacking the Capitol, and that over a hundred have been convicted, and not one Antifa in the bunch.

Then, magically, these supposed Antifa people are now being called "political prisoners" by the MAGA parrots.

Antifa. Political prisoners. Just trespassing. Ummmm...yeah.

You can see why I frequently say the reason the MAGA tards' heads don't explode from cognitive dissonance is because that would require actual cognition.

And now the latest lie is from Trump himself, again. He's calling the terrorists "hostages".

Well, here's what one of those "political prisoners/hostages" did that day:

At 6 feet 6 inches and nearly 300 pounds, the force of Kenneth J. Bonawitz launching himself through the air and slamming his forearms into the throats of two police officers standing below him during the Jan. 6 Capitol riot must have been enormous. One officer suffered back injuries such that he was forced to retire in permanent pain.

BLUE LIVES MATTER!

Bonawitz, 58, wasn’t done. As other officers rushed in, they spotted an eight-inch hunting knife on Bonawitz’s hip and seized it from him. But the police were too overwhelmed to arrest Bonawitz and returned him to the crowd on the Capitol’s West Terrace, where he proceeded to fight with more officers, including putting one officer in a chokehold and lifting her off the ground. He ultimately assaulted six officers before retreating after being hit with chemical spray. Prosecutors called him “one of the most violent Jan. 6 rioters” and said his attacks “were barbaric and left his victims with lasting physical, emotional and psychological injuries.”

This was all caught on video, but you won't see lying Tucker Carlson airing it. He is the king of the lie of omission.

The Big Lie. Antifa. Political prisoners. Hostages.

There is no bottom to the alternate unreality and evil of MAGA's brainless parroting schizos.

Fla. man sentenced to 5 years after attacking 6 officers on Jan. 6

The problem is, we saw democrats violently attack cops for a year straight, and i dont remember them getting 5 year sentences for it. Most simply werent charged at all.

Now you want us to swallow a conservative getting 5 years. Do you REALLY honestly think that is going to sit well with half the country? Do you even care about the inevitable war such a one sided system would create?

"Evidently there was"? Do tell. What was the justification for body slamming Antonio Smith.

Storming the capitol was a felony.

Protest that got out of hand, extrapolated into felonies for political purposes.

You anti-american halfwit.

The crowd had beaten and seriously injured dozens of police officers.

How many people had been hurt in the hotel?

How American is it to believe that police can bodyslam someone without provocation and warning?

Unfortunately, in this day and age the answer is very American because we do not have accountability for our police.

Storming and breaking into the Capitol should be a felony. You would have agreed with this before your little cultish political tribe did it. Now you are required to believe this is no big deal.

As opposed to the hundreds or thousands beaten and ignored during the BLM summer of love.

And "Seriously" is a weasel word. How many were hospitalized?

How many J6 protesters brandished firearms?

He was mistaken for someone with a warrant out for a violent crime.

So all those protesters for Gaza should be charged with a felony because they occupied part of the capitol?
