I only wonder...why would his campaign managers even bother with this? Why would they use a term that could possibly be seen as a left wing commie/socialist rally cry? Surely they researched this right? Its so easy to find the past uses.

"Forward" was also the rallying word used for some of Obama's heroes...Vladimir Lenin, Mao Zedong, and Karl Marx.

I'm sure his campaign folks didn't make a mental error when they chose to use "Forward" as his new slogan either.
