Acosta was a rude, insulting, disrespectful, tantrum-throwing, Press Conference-Hijacking Pr!ck who should have been escorted out of the WH by Secret Service at the time of the incident.

CNN is suing for the right of rude, disrespectful pr!cks to insult Presidents, throw tantrums and hijack Press Conferences when they don't get their way.

CNN's Constitutional Right has not been violated - they can still report the news. They can request another reporter be given a Press pass. Acosta can still report the news.

CNN and Trump-Hating Leftists just found out that in the rest of the world Leftists can CHOOSE to be civil or not...but in the WH, civility is NOT and OPTION! It is MANDATORY! If you can not abide by that rule you aren't allowed in.

As for the lawsuit, it's bunk and if accepted opens up a very broad door to many small, even Independent journalists so it might not be a bad deal.
