People are now saying they are blind when they are not, they are saying they are handicapped when they are not...all because they "feel" like they are.

That pretty much applies to all cosmetic surgery (other than reconstructive).

Not even close. Cosmetic surgery is designed to affect how people look. It doesn't render anyone disabled. There is no cosmetic surgery to remove a limb or blind someone.
