GA Woman Dies After Being Denied Lifesaving Abortion Care

Doctors are afraid of radical prosecutors ready to make their lives hell and potentially throw them in jail.

This wasn't a problem before Dobbs.
Dr. Gosnell is a perfect example of how screwed up the political of abortion were under Roe vs. Wade. For those that don't know, because the media covered it up, he was an abortion doctor that was American's #1 mass murderer, but you are more likely to recognize the name of Charley Manson instead.

Your simpleton and purposefully deceiving posts is an example of you not being interested in truth in any form or fashion.

In her final hours, Amber Nicole Thurman suffered from a grave infection that her suburban Atlanta hospital was well-equipped to treat.

She’d taken abortion pills and encountered a rare complication; she had not expelled all of the fetal tissue from her body. She showed up at Piedmont Henry Hospital in need of a routine procedure to clear it from her uterus, called a dilation and curettage, or D&C.

But just that summer, her state had made performing the procedure a felony, with few exceptions. Any doctor who violated the new Georgia law could be prosecuted and face up to a decade in prison.

Thurman waited in pain in a hospital bed, worried about what would happen to her 6-year-old son, as doctors monitored her infection spreading, her blood pressure sinking and her organs beginning to fail.

It took 20 hours for doctors to finally operate. By then, it was too late.

Looks like Georgias governor and legislature has more blood on its hands.
Daily Kook is claiming there is a “Trump abortion ban” in Georgia.

Is Donald Trump the Governor of Georgia? Or in its state legislature?

The story is total nonsense. Donald Trump never passed any “abortion ban” as President either.

The new laws in certain states regarding abortion created the situation where doctor are afraid.

Remember ladies, the Dirty Don takes credit for robbing you of these once safe, life saving procedures.

Make sure you vote against the Neo-GOP's draconian policies.

No, it creates a situation where activists and abortion doctors see opportunities for dead people to become fodder for their political arguments.

Why did the doctors wait so long?

This story is fucking bullshit

She died from an infection

It’s the “count every death as Covid related”

This blood in on the hands Donald Trump and the corrupt Supreme Court he created, as well as everyone who cheered them on, as well as the state of Georgia which already had ample evidence of what was happening in other states when they passed these death sentences on pregnant women.

The fetus was already dead. Any fear was in their own minds. If they truly believe in abortions they should risk it and let the courts figure it out.

The operation has been banned. Full Stop. Whether the fetus is dead or alive, D&C's are now illegal in Georgia. Because men with no medical training or education are passing laws dealing with things they know nothing about.
