Big Earl did nothing wrong. The waitress never really said that they didn't serve fags. That was made up. What she did say was "we don't like fags here". The couple can go back every day. They will be served and possibly told they aren't liked. Their rights are not violated since there is no right to be liked.

If they don't leave, they can be arrested for creating a disturbance, interfering with the operation of a business.....various laws, and they vary from state to state. Bottom line is, if queers go into a restaurant from which they are banned, and they don't leave QUICKLY, they're going to do jail time.

Public businesses use public service, thus must serve the PUBLIC. If the customers did anything obscene, they should have been asked to leave, prior to finishing their meal & paying(.) Why is their money acceptable if they are not?
