It sounds as if he is quite critical of the current administration. I don't know how much of the way he was treated has contributed to his anger, but as someone abused in Canada, I do understand how someone can unleash with disdain.

He over reached when painting Putin as a justified, in the global world today and with so many domestic policies that don't make sense to many citizens in the West however, it's sadly becoming increasingly difficult to separate the good guys from the bad and some bad actors get a pass when there should be accountability.
