When a president speaks it should be clear and not subject to interpretation.

That has been the problem with the President's communication since the start. He has NO problem being clear when he's tweeting insults against someone who criticized him, so I am beginning to wonder if this vague and hazy rambling style is purposeful, so his fan base can "interpret" for him ad nauseum.

Having grown up with a family of mostly New Yorkers, SOME of this is cultural.. Like the exaggerations and the constant "high strung" nature.., The other part is the narcissistic tendencies of of virtually ALL powerful entrepreneurs.. Look at Elon Musk for example.. Combinations of exaggerations, lying, and snake oil all present there as well.. Because these people have a natural tendency to believe their attackers are stupid and that THAT THEIR ideas are perfect and will do ANYTHING to defend them...

Still got to be careful with persistent use "with people present"... We use UV light to cure certain epoxies and have to provide eyewear filters for people on assembly lines.. But still there are surfaces like grocery store checkout belts and other LARGE space areas that can be cleaned when the business is CLOSED or done in segments.

It's the higher energy UV that causes skin and eye damage. Like in the full UV spectrum of sunlight. The lower stuff doesn't penetrate as far..
