"I'm not sure I'd put a bet on it," GOP Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin said. There's no consensus around any single approach at the moment. and not much time to develop one. The August recess represents the unofficial deadline by which Republicans have said they will either enact a health-care bill or simply move on."

The Republican senators above are clearly indicating that the Senate GOP majority of 52 senators are not anywhere near crafting a bill that can meet the moderates' awareness that ACA or some form of it is here to say as well as stroke the Freedom Caucus into accepting such a bill in the House.

According to the article, August was the cut off date. Oh, well, the continuing and deepening Mueller investigation will divert the attention somewhat.
