He will keep the parks open, and anything else of use to the public. He will close all the government parking lots and make the workers take long, hot, slow buses to work, then when they get to work a notice that they are laid off indefinitely w/o pay.

In a shutdown, only essential services are allowed by law to remain open

How is Trump going to explain that a park is an essential function?

A national park is an essential piece of Trump's yet to be broadcast economic policy. Raping, ransacking and looting Yellowstone, Yosemite and other national parks is his goal, and an essential function in keeping his idea of establishing Plurtocracy in America.

Thats a great question, but if he is so sure that Mexico will pay for it and he is having trouble getting down payment funds from our tax payers through congress, then perhaps he should just put up his own money
