Greene: Reporter's question about vaccination status 'a violation of my HIPAA rights'

Shes wrong for saying its a violation of HIPAA to ask her a question about her medical history. It isnt. Does that make sense to you now that I have outlined this to where a 6 year old can understand?
thats youre distorted take on it,,,

shes clearly implied its none of their business because her medical history is protected by HIPA,,

if she thought it was illegal to ask she would have taken legal action against them,,

No distortion. Her answer in her own words was that it was a HIPAA violation not that it was none of their business. So you're reaching for a way to make her look less like an idiot. You failed spectacularly.

"if she thought it was illegal to ask she would have taken legal action against them,,"

She probably did and got laughed at.

so now youre just makin shit up,,

face it,, youre trying to do a hit job and ended up looking like an idiot,,

A question doesnt force you to do anything. She claimed it was a violation of HIPAA and clearly is uneducated in what HIPAA is.

Even though it might not technically be a HIPAA violation, the inquiry still violates the American principles of medical privacy and minding their own beeswax.

Considering the fact that the Tremendous Rep. Greene isn't a shyster, the fact that she doesn't know all the details of the HIPAA law isn't surprising.

But she was perfectly within her rights to tell the Fake Reporters to buzz off, which she did.

No idiot it doesn't. Thats a reporters job and she isnt a private citizen. She is a public figure.

Youre the one that said she was "implying" instead of looking at what she actually did say. Youre a fucking idiot just like her. :auiqs.jpg:
I also looked at the context of what she said,, and she was right,,
her medical history is protected by HIPA,,,

if youre going to do a hit job you need to do better than this,,

and as a public figure they should have known its none of their business,,

Say you had two options when walking into a place of business.

1. Prove you are vaccinated
2. Wear a mask

I’d be fine with that.
Either of these two things imposes covid religion on people who do not have the same faith. Expect conflict and war as a result.

Yeah, we’ve seen the type of war the Karen’s have wrought upon us. They’re noisy, but ultimately quite weak.
