Ann Coulter laid into Sarah Palin on Monday during an interview on Geraldo Rivera's radio show, charging that the former Alaska governor should have learned to speak "proper English."

Coulter called into the show to discuss Margaret Thatcher's death and brought up the still contested story about a potential meeting between Palin and the Iron Lady. According to Coulter, Thatcher wanted to meet with Palin when she broke out on the national political scene "to teach [her] to speak proper English." Palin was allegedly uninterested at the time and asked to meet with Thatcher years later, but the former British prime minister declined.

Like I've asked before........................does Palin really understand who M. Thatcher was?

If so, she'd understand that she was more of a socialist than what they accuse Obama of.

Thatcher supported universal health care.

Thatcher supported pensions for all people over a certain age (Britain's equivalent of Social Security).

Thatcher supported increasing taxes. As a matter of fact, one of the things she did was to double the sales tax to pay for social programs.

And...................finally.....................many of the Republicans are screaming at Obama for having a tax rate that is 18 percent of the GDP. Know what the tax percentage was under Thatcher? Around 38 percent.

Margaret Thatcher was more of a socialist than Obama has ever been.
