Hamas has indicated a clear determination to keep attacking Israel. They have to be rooted out once and for all.

So...spend your time and energy in a fruitless attempt to try to hunt down and eliminate all your enemies...which Israel has been trying to do (with our help) for over 70 years?
Or maybe, just maybe, change your tactics and try to win over the people of Gaza and the West Bank by actually doing something to improve their lives.....so they don't have to turn to the worst elements among them to
feel like they have a voice.

^Shrug^.
Or...just continue the cycle.
yeah, i'm also not against using the carrot on the Palestinians.

That's the strategy to exterminate Hamas and the Palestinians. That's why Israel funded and encouraged the founding of Hamas...so there would never be a two state solution. They are as bad as the Nazis.
link please, towards that statement of 'Israel funded and encouraged the founding of Hamas'..?

Not CNN. No. Find something else.
Uh, dude, there are literally dozens of articles documenting this.

Grow up. But here's a local perspective. Just a day after the blood and carnage of 10/7.

Any time Muslims are treated as a partner it will blow up in faces.

Israel withdrew from Gaza from people like you saying the same thing. Right after they used Gaza as a launch site for attacks for nearly 2 decades.

Your advice has been tried and failed.
And? They built a perimeter wall and fence around Gaza and imprisoned millions of people in a 25 mile strip of land.
Meanwhile, not giving any help of and kind to the people of Gaza.

So...who is it that you think people are going to listen and turn to at that point?

As if aiding Hamas in the past is some kind of valid excuse for the death cult raping women and chopping off people's heads.

So if I give a homeless guy $5 -- and he buys a knife and kills someone -- I am to blame.

This is the twisted logic of the apologists for the death cult.

i disagree with this assesment.

Hamas has indicated a clear determination to keep attacking Israel.
they have to be rooted out once and for all.
Netanyahu is clearly the man for that job.

Palestinian education systems will have to be administred by the Israelis as well, according to my own analysis, with lotsa Israeli and international wisdom.
and the Palestinian Authority will have to be overseen by either the Israelis or the UN, to prevent aid funds from getting abused for another round of war in that region.
They will not ever stop....

Hmmm.... Isn't that exactly what you guys are trying to do with the second amendment?

Israelis imprison the Palestinian people for decades in the world's largest open air prison called Gaza and build a wall around it with armed guards.
Then the Israeli's are puzzled why the Palestinian people hate them? .. :dunno:

I don't about the founding of Hamas, but Bibi did send money to Qatar with a wink-wink to funnel it to Hamas...because he didn't want to deal with the PA.

...
The PA opposed the Qatari funding at the time, which Hamas said was meant for the payment of public salaries as well as medical purposes.
...

maybe the Israelis were actually thinking from a humanitarian perspective, only to get suddenly hammered by the tunnel network that was created instead?

Not necessary. You can Google when and why it was built.
I'm not wasting time living in the past. I care about finding solutions.
And the current "stick" approach...ain't workin. :)

Again..the cycle continues. ^Shrug^.
there should be at least 100 carrots for every 10 sticks.

the new education system in Palestine should teach people various ways to peacefully spend their lives,
and contain plenty of warnings about a zero-tolerance policy towards anti-semitism and terrorism.

if only Palestinians had focussed in the wellbeing of their own people, instead of their violent hatred towards their neighbors, things would be a lot better right now for the Palestinians.
they (Hamas i.e.) have PROVEN they can not be allowed control of the education system in Palestine.

I would prefer to hear the reason YOU think it was built. I am wondering if you have the courage to lie and say it was to oppress Palestinians.

Or even more courage to tell the truth and admit it was because they sent a nonstop wave of terrorists to Israel to kill Israeli civilians.

Which will it be?

Why did they do that? You forgot to say.

Israeli snipers were already killing thousands of unarmed palestinian refugees trying to return to their villages in 48-56, 4 decades before the founding of Hamas so you better find another excuse for the jewish racial dictatorship's bloodlust.

It's gonna take you at least a few seconds to come up with another excuse so in the meantime here's the real reason why the shoot-to-kill policy was established in 48 and is still in place today:

The right of the palestinian people to move freely in their homeland defeats the whole purpose of the Zionist enterprise, ie, the creation of a jewish-majority state with at least 80% of Jews.

IDF claimed all the Hamas freedom fighters were in tunnels deep underground.
Then proceeded to bomb and level every building where the innocent civilian Palestinian people in north and central Gaza lived.
