Wait a minute, what was that again? I was thinking recently as lefty posters on here proudly proclaim that Harris has a plan to help the poor and the middle class and I was wondering, why do they need help? Then the answer occurred to me. The poor and the middle class need help because Biden/Harris have done so badly and Americans are hurting so much after 3 1/2 years of them, with polls showing Americans trust Trump more on the economy than Kamala Harris, someone needs a plan to help the poor and the middle class.

The only remaining question is, do we trust the very people who messed it up to begin with or do we trust Trump? Polls have consistently shown that Americans trust Trump more than Harris when it comes to the economy and some other issues as well. So, I guess the answer is simple. If we want to help the poor and the middle class, VOTE TRUMP because the other way has been going on for 3 1/2 years now and it hasn't been working. Things keep on getting worse.

In that time, the middle class has been stagnant as real wages and benefits have been cut and corporate profits skyrocket.

Why give money to those who obviously don’t need it?

We have had far more years of Democratic presidents than Republican presidents since Reagan, including times with complete democratic rule and yet you didn't fix the problem then. Democratic policies make things worse for the very people they claim they are trying to help (evidenced in dark blue states) and yet you refuse to acknowledge that and, instead, blame a long dead Republican president from 40 years ago, using him as a scapegoat for your own failed democratic policies. It's easier to blame a dead man than to acknowledge your own failures. If Bill Clinton, Barrack Obama, and Joe Biden couldn't make things better for the poor and the middle class, why would Kamala Harris be any different?

They have an MO of their policies making things worse and instead of realizing that, they double down and do more of what hasn't worked, making things even worse. We were not a Progressive Socialist nation under Reagan. the massive social programs enacted in previous decades has pushed us in that direction. The tax system was destroying the peasant class in the 1970's as there were many tax brackets and no inflation added to the tax forms. If a person or couple earned 50 thousand dollars today, they would be in the 50% tax bracket. Even today, with DEI, it is time to slow down and e like the worst employee if there is no incentive for advancement or more money. Let the nation fall if it needs to if this continues unabated.
