EXCLUSIVE — Vice President Kamala Harris no longer supports a federal job guarantee, an idea championed by some on the Left and Green New Deal proponents that gained traction among Democrats during the 2020 election cycle.

A spokesperson for Harris’s campaign told the Washington Examiner on Wednesday that the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee has changed her position on the policy proposal. The statement is the latest in a series of reversals from Harris on major policy questions in recent days.


A federal jobs guarantee would mean that the federal government would provide a job to anyone who wants one, a massively costly proposal that harkens back to the New Deal policies of the 1930s.

Is there any position that she held that Harris is willing to forsake? I've never seen so much flip-flopping is such a short amount of time.

Of course it was stated by leftist surrogates.....I guess the same leftists, headed-up by Obama that will run the show if she's elected.

That is what we will get, another bait and switch.....All the things that is claimed that she now disavows will come to fruition if she's elected.

The problem is that leftists remain ignorant of all this, and still plan to vote for a radical socialist who will serve as Obama’s next puppet as he continues to “transform” America.

The people I know around here who are voting for the DEI Puppet are ALL government employees earning 6-figure salaries with COLAs, or federal retirees on the old system with $100,000 pensions, or part of the liberal elite also earning six-figures. They are totally out of touch with how regular people are struggling in Biden’s America.

It’s basically the same as welfare. I worked for ONE year for the Feds (quit because I couldn’t stand we wasted time and money all day - and accomplished nothing) where we had a “Stay in School” program. It was designed to give jobs to poor urban youth (they were always female and black) continue their studies.

They were paid regular GS salaries for doing NOTHING. They would sit in a chair all day, paint their nails, call their friends, etc. The thing that really stayed with me is how these poor kids were dressed to the gills. They spent a fortune on clothing. One word a fancy hat, and when I asked how where she got it, she said Lord and Taylor.

It was basically a welfare check.

To this day you can see the results of their efforts in my AO.

Today's dem-fueled "WPA" would consist if registering anyone with a pulse to vote (and some that don't have a pulse) and stuffing ballot boxes.

No, I can't see them working from tent camps like this one in my AO that worked on the Skyline Drive.

Honestly, I didn’t even know she was black - or whatever -until someone told me. (This was back in her Senate days.) My mother has the same skin tone, and we are Caucasian - with a bit of Southern Mediterranean ancestry.
