You really are ignorant if not stupid. A trail is based on witnesses, and the attorney's are the prosecutor*** and the defense attorney:

1. Direct Examination by the prosecutor
2. Cross Examination by the defense
3. Re Cross Examination by the prosecutor
4. RE Cross Examination by the defense.

***The prosecutor examines the investigation, and when the evidence is probative the prosecutor files the Information to the court, and the judge hears the evidence of the prosecutor and the defense by the defense attorney.

When the trier of facts believes the Prosecutor evidence is necessary and sufficient to hold the defendant over for a trial, then and only then the points become the beginning part of the trial.

You and all the others keep posting the same question to muddle the event for easily led people, and they end up believing the Select Committee is cheating. Ignorance is what the guilty party hope to have to win.
