Honest question, what does "he/him" or "she/her" mean in a persons signature?

Can we keep the smart ass remarks to a min. please, this is an honest question,

Thank you.
It designates people who want to share their 'preferred pronouns' -- and you'll often see men with 'she/her' or 'they/them' pronouns - it means they don't believe in biology that sex is male and female, but can be anywhere in spectrum .. to infinity and beyond!

Once when we were having an online IEP meeting with some employees of my son's school, one of them had "she/her" under its name (by all appearances a black woman).

So, I won't mention where this signature arrived from that had me asking, I had seen it before but not from someone with this prestigious a status, it illustrates something about Ontario.

Wow, what a creepy place. I can't believe Americans actually help out the apparatuses here against a man like me.

Not really .. it just clearly communicates those who either think they are something they aren't or those who are virtue signaling. Typically liberals and / or squishes.
Pissing off butthurt conservatives is absolutely one of the bigger reasons people do it.
